Calderwood Home Inspections

We chose Scott to perform a home inspection on our new construction house. He has a background in construction so he was the perfect fit. Scott was easy to communicate with via text, phone and email. He inspected the property and sent the report in a timely fashion. He was very detailed with the entire inspection process and we plan to hire him again for our one year inspection.

Scott not only did a top-notch job but he followed up with a phone call, answered every question I had, took tons of pictures for the inspection report, and even explained it in simple words when I didn't understand the issues he was talking about. Scott preformed a radon/ home inspection for me on an older home I was trying to buy. Due to the home being occupied, he made several attempts to inspect. Scott was very patient and kind and always professional. When the property was finally vacant, he did a thorough inspection and documented anything and everything I should be aware of before I purchased the home. His report was easy to read, had great pictures and details of the issues with the house.

Scott did a great job on our home inspection for the house we were buying. He even did the radon inspection and coordinated our pest inspection as well. Definitely recommended!
