WALK-THROUGH INSPECTION

 A walk-through is less formal and does not require the inspector to adhere to a Standards of Practice or generate a written report.  His or her observations about the property are communicated orally to the client. A walk-through takes less time, and cost less money than a full home inspection. In certain occasions, a walk-through is perfect way to go.
